New PC parts ordered

I finally ordered new parts for my PC two days ago! I violated one of my first rules when it comes to Computer by that: Never go with AMD. Why I did that? Quite simple: The Price. Im low on funds and AMD was just a whole lot cheaper with better specifications than Intel.

I got a new Mainboard, a CPU that fits in there, and a sufficient power supply. GPU is already new and the RAM can be reused from my old setup.

Since I got two GPUs now, I thought of installing them both and using them both via SLI. Turns out that the GTX 1060 does not support SLI, as it does not even have the SLI connector. I hope I can still make use of them both.

Unfortunately the CPU was ordered by the merchant and probably wont arrive at my place before next Wednesday. So this means I got another five days without any computer. Been camping on my couch and powerwatching Netflix this week, and I probably will do the next week.

CPU: AMD FX Series FX-8350 8x 4.00GHz

PSU: Inter-Tech Combat Power CP-750W plus

Seems like I actually gotta live a social life this weekend 😮.
